Hi, I’m Catherine

I am a Learning & Development professional and PCC-certified leadership coach, driven by empowering leaders to reach their full potential. With over 1600 hours of coaching experience (both individual and group), I leverage my expertise to design and deliver impactful training programs that resonate across leadership levels.

My forte lies in communication and executive presence. I firmly believe these are cornerstones of effective leadership and career success. From crafting and delivering C-suite presentations to developing high-performing teams to building strong professional relationships, how leaders connect and engage with others directly impacts desired business outcomes.

I thrive on tailoring my approach to diverse needs. Whether leading large global workshops or facilitating intimate group discussions, I've facilitated training on various topics, including coaching skills for leaders, stress management strategies, team leadership, and executive presence. Notably, I was instrumental in designing and launching a successful regional group coaching program for case team leaders.

I hold an MBA from The Harvard Business School and a Biology degree from Denison University. Additionally, I'm certified in HBDI and Bates ExPi.
