Hi, I’m Maureen

I am a certified professional coach dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey of growth and achievement. With over 20 years of experience as a people leader and developer in consulting, corporate, and non-profit sectors, I bring a wealth of experience, perspective, and insight to my coaching practice.

My coaching philosophy revolves around the simple yet powerful belief that each of us already has within us the resources needed to develop and to reach our goals. Whatever your leadership goals are - whether it's becoming a more effective people manager, communicating with greater impact, leading successful change initiatives, or stepping into a senior executive role - I can help you discover your path forward and your ability to achieve it.

By asking powerful questions, sharing observations, and challenging existing perspectives, I help you uncover your strengths and understand what is getting in the way of becoming the leader you want to be.

I have over 8 years of experience coaching clients both individually and in groups. I am a Learning and Development professional skilled in creating and facilitating workshops on a range of topics, including feedback and development, team management, and communications and executive presence. I am certified in HBDI and Bates ExPI, and I hold an MBA from the University of Chicago.
